Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos recently unveiled her new rules governing sexual assault and harassment on college campuses.

In short, they’re a collection of dangerous, ruthless, regressive, victim-shaming policies designed to protect perpetrators by bullying survivors into silence.

Holding perpetrators of sexual assault accountable is already painful, confusing, and harsh. We cannot allow Betsy DeVos to make it even more difficult.
